Old Fashion Quartet collects your contact details and event information to respond to your inquiry and manage a possible appearance. Your inquiry is private and available only to authorized administrators.

Our website uses Neon to store inquiries, Vercel to host the application, and Resend to notify the booking team. We do not sell your information or use this form to enroll you in marketing emails.

Inquiries are reviewed annually. Unneeded declined or archived inquiries are deleted after 24 months; information needed for an ongoing booking or recordkeeping may be retained longer. Contact the quartet through the booking page to request correction or deletion.

Administrative login uses essential session cookies. Embedded YouTube videos load only when you choose to play them and are subject to YouTube’s privacy policies.
